The importance of AI skills in recruitment is emphasized, with over 80% of Taiwan's business leaders preferring candidates with AI capabilities. Microsoft advises companies to prepare for AI trends by assessing business strategies, IT platforms, user-centric services, organizational culture, and data privacy measures. Collaborating with Taipei Fubon Bank, Microsoft's CoPilot application has enhanced productivity in 70 work scenarios, emphasizing the need for data privacy and suggesting hybrid cloud models for efficient and secure AI application development.
