A woman surnamed Li in Nantou County, Taiwan, sought revenge at a seafood store against a man surnamed Xu, whom she believed bullied her in middle school. Despite Xu's denial of knowing her, Li physically assaulted him, leading to head injuries and vomiting. Li refused reconciliation, prompting Xu to press charges. The court sentenced Li to 50 days in detention for assault but dropped charges of intimidation due to insufficient evidence, with no sound in the surveillance video and no witnesses present. The Education Ministry's anti-bullying hotline is provided for support, emphasizing the importance of rejecting violence and urging reporting of incidents.
