A 12-year-old girl, Xiao Han, has been experiencing sudden screaming and full-body seizures in her sleep for two years, which led to a diagnosis of genetic heart rhythm disorder due to a KCNH2 gene mutation. The disorder caused her to have prolonged seizures and even electrical storms in the heart. After emergency treatment and medication, her condition stabilized, and she returned to school. The doctor recommended medication control and advised adjusting the phone and alarm clock to vibration mode to reduce seizure triggers.
