Taiwan Railway Company announced the 2024 Midsummer Treasure Island steam train will run on July 13, 27, and August 10, featuring the CT273 steam locomotive known as the 'Steam Queen,' traveling from Yuli to Taitung with stops in Yuli, Fuli, Chishang, Shanli, and Taitung. Passengers can now book tickets to explore the beauty of Eastern Taiwan, visit picturesque stations, enjoy local markets, and admire classical architecture. Ticket price is 1388 NTD with a special souvenir included. Additional express trains will be provided for the event days to ensure smooth participation. Tickets available for purchase at stations with a valid 4666 train ticket.
