Min-Sheng University's Honorary Vice President for AI discipline, Lin Wen-Can, and students are using AOI technology to help strawberry farmers detect pest damage on leaves and integrating AMR technology for unmanned vehicles equipped with cameras to scan strawberry fields, upload data to the cloud, and assist farmers in quickly removing infected plants. This AI application not only saves labor but also demonstrates the university's capability to assist farmers with AI technology. Furthermore, the university has helped a food processing plant utilize AI in mixing machines to monitor flour fermentation, and is exploring AI applications in reducing carbon emissions and enhancing educational training in various fields.
