In Miaoli County, Taiwan, a mini horse escaped from its leash and was found on Highway 61, causing alarm among passing drivers. The police and the owner quickly arrived at the scene, using traffic cones to corral the horse before safely returning it to the owner's farm. The incident, which occurred near a ranch, did not result in any accidents, and the police reminded the public to responsibly manage their animals to ensure road safety.
