MongoDB has revised its annual revenue and profit forecasts upwards for the second time this year, driven by increased usage of its Atlas cloud database service. Shares surged by 10.6% post-announcement. The company anticipates adjusted profits per share between $3.01 and $3.03 and fiscal revenues of $1.97 to $1.98 billion, both surpassing previous estimates. Additionally, CFO Michael Gordon will step down at the end of the fiscal year.
