Most employees not thriving in 'overall well-being'

Reported 7 months ago

A recent Gallup poll revealed that only 34% of employees globally feel they are thriving in their overall well-being, with a decline in well-being reported among younger workers. Despite some improvements in stress levels, 77% of the global workforce still feels either not engaged or actively disengaged, resulting in significant economic losses. The study also indicates that over 50% of workers are considering or actively searching for new job opportunities, suggesting a potential rise in job competition.
