A recent online discussion sparked curiosity about the most welcomed type of store to open on the first floor of a building, as food-related establishments often face complaints from residents above due to odors and noise. Many users agreed that a bank would be the ideal choice, citing reasons like enhanced security, long contract periods, and financial prosperity attracting elderly customers. Conversely, there was opposition towards opening a convenience store on the first floor due to potential noise disturbances. Other suggestions for first-floor businesses included dentists, pharmacies, clinics, flower shops, bookstores, and art galleries, while some proposed leaving the space as regular residential units.
