A motorcycle rider with a yellow license plate was seen carrying a woman in a short skirt, which kept flying up due to the wind while they were heading towards Xinzhuang in Shulin District, New Taipei City. The woman accidentally exposed her thong underwear, causing the male and female passengers behind to scream continuously, exclaiming 'Oh my goodness.'
