In Taipei, a motorcyclist accused police of not informing him of the reasons for being pulled over and directly issuing fines for crossing the lanes while waiting at a red light, which was a violation of procedure. Within a short five-minute span, the motorcyclist received a second fine for crossing the double yellow lines but upon inspection, it was found that the enforcement had flaws and all fines were revoked. The police faced criticism for their behavior and lack of proper procedure in issuing fines.
