Mozilla adds optional access to various common artificial intelligence services in the new Nightly version of Firefox browser

Reported 12 months ago

On June 30, 2024, at 11:16 AM, Mozilla introduced a new feature in the recent Nightly version of Firefox, allowing users to add OpenAI's ChatGPT, Google's Gemini, Hugging Face's HuggingChat, or Mistral AI's Le Chat Mistral artificial intelligence services to the browser sidebar. Users can quickly call their preferred chatbot for tasks like content summarization, translation, or highlighting content by right-clicking using a mouse or touchpad. Although users can customize all chatbots, this feature is experimental and can be enabled through browser settings to quickly access chatbot functionality in Firefox.
