In Uray District, Taichung City, on the evening of June 25th, around 10 pm, screams for help from a male were heard on the street but no one was visible. Nearby residents reported the incident, and police and firefighters on arrival traced the sound to a roadside drain, where a man was stuck below. They promptly excavated to rescue the individual, who has been taken to the hospital. Further details are pending investigation.
