During the shareholder meeting of Nan Shan Life today, Chairman Yin Chong-yao highlighted the future real estate investment plans, mentioning that despite the challenges of high interest rates in short-term property assessment, the completion of Nan Shan A26 and World Trade Center 3 buildings is expected by 2027, offering 90,000 ping of A office space for rent in the Xinyi District. Yin also discussed the company's target for Contractual Service Margin (CSM) amounting to 550 billion NTD this year, with a goal of reaching 600 billion NTD annually in the future.
