In response to this, Li Yuan stated today at the Legislative Yuan that 'no decision has been made yet, but I believe we will not expose them to harsh weather'. Li Yuan attended the Education and Culture Committee meeting at the Legislative Yuan today to report and answer questions. Nationalist Party legislator Ke Chien-inquired about the relocation of the honor guards from the memorial hall to Liberty Square, with Li Yuan emphasizing the need for cautious consideration and reconciliation with past history and hatred.
