The National Party, in response to the DPP's nationwide advocacy campaign, will hold over a hundred medium-sized 'Parliament Reform' explanation meetings nationwide starting June 15. Besides discussing parliamentary reform, topics such as the KMT's promotion of fiscal income and expenditure partition reform, nuclear energy research and promotion, the policy of exempting those over 80 from the Bazett Scale, and the DPP's anti-death penalty stance will be covered. These events aim to highlight the efforts of each legislator in their respective constituencies and emphasize the importance of parliamentary reform in Taiwan's democratic progress.
