The Nationalist Party condemned the Democratic Progressive Party for targeting various civic organizations over the past eight years and accused them of confiscating private property without due process, questioning the fairness and justice of such actions. They highlighted the dangers of allowing the government to arbitrarily seize people's property without judicial oversight, stating that it would be a great tragedy for the democratic rule of law in the Republic of China.
