Nationalist Party Representative Hong Meng-kai mentioned that any violence on the 21st would be the responsibility of the instigators, emphasizing the importance of peaceful democratic processes amidst ongoing parliamentary reform debates, questioning President Tsai's political motives and calling for national-oriented leadership rather than election-driven strategies.
