Recently, there have been calls to recall Nationalist Party legislators online, leading the Nationalist Party legislative caucus to propose amending the recall law to raise the threshold. In response, Democratic Progressive Party legislative caucus chief Ker Chien-ming expressed that the Nationalist Party should adjust its stance to align with public opinion rather than resorting to law amendments, or they may face dire consequences. He emphasized the importance of upholding laws passed collectively. Ker pointed out significant conflicting bills in the legislature and criticized the Nationalist Party for unconstitutional actions, warning of potential consequences if they continue in such a manner.
