The recent political tension between pan-green and pan-blue camps has led to a 'pro-green' civic group threatening a series of recalls against Nationalist Party legislators across Taiwan. In response, the Nationalist Party plans to hold large-scale briefing events in all 22 counties and cities, inviting incumbent legislators as speakers to counter the recall efforts. This move aims to address misinformed public perceptions and prevent recalls from turning into political struggles, emphasizing the need for political consensus and denouncing any behind-the-scenes manipulation by the Democratic Progressive Party.
