NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg warned that China must pay a price for aiding Russia and emphasized that stabilizing arms supply to Ukraine is crucial to end the Russia-Ukraine war. Stoltenberg accused China of assisting in rebuilding Russia's defense industry, providing 90% of Russia's microelectronic instruments, strengthening Russia's satellite capabilities. He stated that China's leaders are trying to maintain a secondary position in conflicts while also seeking good relations with the West. Stoltenberg urged for China to change its behavior or face consequences, and stressed that only by stably providing weapons to Ukraine can the war be ended.
