A Navy Land 66th Brigade low-ranking soldier was late for night duty and found the previous soldier gone, leaving the post unattended with weapons placed haphazardly on the table. The soldier confronted the absent soldier, leading to both individuals being legally processed for insubordination. The court sentenced the soldier to 4 months in prison or a fine of 120,000 NT dollars for disobeying a superior's orders within the military framework.
