Needham analyst Rajvindra Gill has reaffirmed a Buy rating for Nvidia (NVDA) and increased the price target from $16 to $200, following U.S. government assurances that export licenses will be issued for the company's H20 chips. This development comes after Nvidia missed out on $2.5 billion in product shipments to China due to prior export controls. Analysts anticipate a conservative $3 billion in H20 shipments starting in Q3 of fiscal 2026, and possible new GPU products aimed at the Chinese market are expected to ship by August/September.
