In London, a 25-year-old tree in Waterthorpe was cut in half vertically by one homeowner after a dispute with the neighbor over bird noise and droppings caused by the tree. The unique sight unexpectedly became a new attraction and received 5-star ratings on Google Maps. The tree, a spruce, was originally planted in the area in 1994, leading to a long-standing conflict between the neighbors that eventually resulted in the tree being split in half by experts hired by one of the families in summer 2021. The tree, now dubbed the 'Half Tree,' has since become a tourist spot with visitors leaving comments and reviews online.
