In Taipei's Songshan District, two residents are feuding over a public parking spot, resulting in a year-long dispute of vandalism and physical altercations. One accuses a Shilin Night Market balloon stall owner of putting glue on tires, slashing them, and smashing car windows, while the other claims the former sets off fireworks outside their home to intimidate them for parking in the contested spot. The conflict escalated to a physical fight involving pepper spray and bystanders joining in. Police have yet to intervene amidst the ongoing clashes and legal actions.
