Nestlé announced it will enhance its reporting on the healthiness of its products, aligning with the Access to Nutrition Initiative (ATNi). CEO Laurent Freixe stated that starting from the next non-financial report, the company will provide more detailed data and introduce a 'sales weighted average' metric. The initiative comes amid scrutiny from ShareAction, a lobby group advocating for healthier food options, which has previously criticized Nestlé's measuring methods. Nestlé aims to increase the sales of nutritious products significantly by 2030, while continuing to report separately on specialized nutrition and pet care.
