The controversy surrounding the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) has led to the replacement of the current director Wu Hsiu-mei by Chang Sheng-hung, the dean of the School of Pharmacy at China Medical University. The President of the Taiwan Pharmacists Association, Huang Chin-shun, confirmed the news and expressed that the position of TFDA director is challenging. He advised Chang that handling TFDA matters requires preparation and adaptation. Huang acknowledged the difficulty of the role and expressed support for Chang, highlighting the challenging nature of the tasks ahead.
