New Head Chef at Top Restaurant in New Taipei Introduces 'Indonesian Top 5 National Dishes' Starting at Just 250

Indonesian chef Indra Kusuma has joined Asia49 Asian Cuisine and Lounge in New Taipei and is launching a 'South Asian Top List Cuisine' menu on July 8, featuring Southeast Asian signature dishes such as Indonesian fried rice, satay, and Singaporean Hainanese chicken rice. Indra, who brings 20 years of culinary experience from various countries, will offer 20 new dishes including Indonesian vegetarian salad with homemade peanut sauce, spicy squid salad, and more ranging from 250 to 980 NT dollars. Notably, the Indonesian rendang beef with Indian whole wheat pancake, a dish that twice won in CNN's global top 50 food selection, is priced at 490 NT dollars.
