In the performance race, the New Taipei City Council team clinched the championship with a time of 3 minutes and 47.05 seconds. Speaker Jiang Gen-Huang highlighted the cultural significance and team spirit of dragon boat racing, expressing hopes for the event to promote cultural heritage and vitality.
