JIANG released a statement on June 12 emphasizing that he does not know LI and urged the public not to be deceived. LI would deceive people into making payments by claiming he could help them secure discounted Apple iPhones, tickets to concerts, or limited edition sneakers, resulting in victims losing substantial sums of money.
