Chu thanked Hou, Taipei Mayor Wen-wan An, and Chiayi City Mayor Huang Min-hui for participating in a parliamentary reform briefing, emphasizing the importance of fulfilling roles responsibly for the people and party supporters, stating that Hou is one of the most significant KMT officials.
