A 37-year-old man surnamed Zhou in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City, vandalized a claw machine shop by spraying a stolen fire extinguisher after being dissatisfied with his purchase of a water gun that didn't work properly. The shop owner refused to address his complaint, leading Zhou to return to the shop late at night with the fire extinguisher. He was arrested by the police for theft and vandalism after the incident was caught on surveillance footage.
