On June 15, 2024, a man surnamed Zhou was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Bureau for selling fake tickets to Jacky Cheung's concert in Taiwan, deceiving over 20 victims and causing losses exceeding 300,000 NTD. Zhou used multiple financial accounts to commit the crime from late March to early May 2024, with victims being swindled amounts ranging from 1,800 NTD to 80,000 NTD. Following an investigation, the police confirmed Zhou's identity and evidence of the crime, leading to his arrest on June 6 in New Taipei City's Xindian District.
