A man surnamed Zhong in Zhonghe district of New Taipei City was caught on camera assaulting a female motorcyclist while waiting at a red light. After the incident, the man nonchalantly walked away but was arrested 3 hours later based on surveillance footage. When questioned, the 67-year-old man claimed he 'forgot' why he committed the assault and was subsequently charged under the Sexual Harassment Prevention Act.
