A motorcyclist performed dangerous stunts by doing a wheelie on North Yilan Road in Xindian, New Taipei City, on July 7. The rider, dressed in women's clothing, gained notoriety as 'Sister Borrowing on North Yilan Road.' The police are investigating the incident and have vowed to penalize the individual with a fine of up to 36,000 NTD for reckless driving.
