In an exclusive report on June 26, 2024, at 5:35 a.m., New Taipei's 3rd wave of illegal employers list was released, with Ubus appearing on the list for the 9th time. A total of 334 violating employers were fined a sum of 19.52 million NT dollars for violations of labor laws. The most severe violations were related to unpaid overtime pay, lack of proper record-keeping of work hours, and failure to provide special leave for employees.
