The training results of Taiwan Community Emergency Response Teams (T-CERT) in New Taipei City were successfully validated. The New Taipei City Fire Department selected 10 critical infrastructure facilities within their jurisdiction to participate in the T-CERT training program, aiming to complete basic training for 10 teams by the end of September. The training validation involved simulations of earthquake disasters to test participants' self-rescue and mutual aid skills. This initiative, supported by the city mayor and vice mayor, aims to enhance disaster response capabilities and foster a culture of community resilience in New Taipei City.
