New Taiwan Think Tank Poll: 48.1% Support Green Camp, 36.9% Support Blue and White Camp

The New Taiwan Think Tank held a press conference today to announce the results of a public opinion survey on the amendment to the 'Legislative Yuan’s Exercise of Powers Act' and the addition of a 'contempt of parliament' offense in the 'Criminal Code.' The survey showed that 48.1% support the Green Camp, while 36.9% support the Blue and White Camp, with 15% having no clear opinion. Those supporting the Blue and White Camp were more likely to be from Yilan, Hualien, between the ages of 20-39, hold a graduate degree, and lean towards the Kuomintang or People First Party. On the other hand, supporters of the Green Camp were more likely from Kaohsiung, Pingtung, aged 40 and above, have a junior high school education, and lean towards the Democratic Progressive Party, New Power Party, or Taiwan Statebuilding Party.
