New Zealand's government has reported a surge in applications for its new foreign investor migrant visa, aimed at attracting high net-worth individuals to boost economic growth. Recent changes have reduced the minimum investment requirement from NZ$15 million to NZ$5 million and eliminated the English language necessity. In less than three months, 189 applications have been submitted, with nearly half from U.S. citizens, highlighting New Zealand's quicker-than-expected economic recovery.
