Due to the influence of southwest winds, Taiwan is experiencing hot weather, with a chance of the occurrence of burning winds in Taitung County, possibly reaching a record-breaking temperature of 40.1 degrees today. The Central Weather Bureau issued a high-temperature special report for tomorrow (6/16) with Taitung County under an orange alert, indicating a probability of continuous high temperatures reaching 36 degrees, while Hualien County is under a yellow alert, urging people to take precautions against sun exposure and heatstroke. Both counties will continue to issue high-temperature warnings.
