Taiwan is experiencing a heatwave with temperatures rising above 33 degrees, reaching 37 degrees in Greater Taipei and the western inland areas. The 'Taiwan Typhoon Forum | Urgent Weather' Facebook page warns of even hotter weather next week, with today's top three areas surpassing 38 degrees: Shizi in Taipei at 38.5, Sandimen in Pingtung at 38.2, and Dounan in Yunlin at 38.0. The Central Weather Bureau issues orange alerts for high temperatures in multiple regions, advising caution as temperatures are expected to rise further.
