The NFL investigation into the Philadelphia Eagles' signing of Saquon Barkley has concluded with no discipline imposed, as the league found no evidence of Anti-Tampering Policy violation. While the Eagles maintained their innocence throughout, the Falcons were penalized for tampering in the signing of Kirk Cousins and other players, resulting in a loss of a 2025 fifth-round pick, a $250,000 fine, and a $50,000 fine for GM Terry Fontenot. The investigation originated from comments made by Penn State head coach James Franklin, but Barkley clarified that the communication was through his agent. Barkley signed a three-year, $37.75 million deal with the Eagles and will be the featured running back in the upcoming season.
