Israeli cloud software firm Nice has appointed Scott Russell, a former SAP executive, as its new CEO, replacing Barak Eilam who departs at the end of the year. The announcement coincides with Nice reporting a better-than-expected rise in Q2 profits, with earnings per share increasing to $2.64 and revenue rising by 14% to $664.4 million. Russell will assume his role on January 1, 2025, and aims to drive further growth in digital and AI transformation.
