Nissan will reduce production of its best-selling U.S. model, the Rogue SUV, at its Kyushu plant in Japan during May to July due to new U.S. import tariffs imposed by President Trump. The automaker plans to cut output by 13,000 vehicles, impacting over 20% of its sales in the U.S. for the first quarter of the year. In response to the tariffs, which are affecting the global automotive supply chain, Nissan is reviewing its operations and committed to adapting to market changes while prioritizing efficiency.
