Lin shared a specific incident from the filming of 'Journey to the West: The Demons Strike Back' where a crucial kissing scene had to be filmed over 20 times, leaving everyone feeling embarrassed. Lin, who previously acted in films by respected director Tsui Hark, discussed the intense pressure and high expectations on Chow's sets, leading many A-list stars to turn down roles in Chow's movies. Despite this, Chow's films have continued to receive positive reviews.
