Arwin Studio Co., Ltd., the renowned domestic natural herbal soap brand 'YUAN-YUAN,' has established the 'North Sea Pearl Local Community Revitalization Base' on the North Coast, which officially opened during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. New Taipei City Mayor, Hou Yuly, attended the opening and praised Arwin Studio for investing 600 million in constructing the base, expected to provide 200 job opportunities in the Shimen area. The city government is actively supporting and hoping to stimulate the local economy, enhance tourism quality, and attract youth to participate in rural revitalization.
