Norwegian Airlines has announced its decision to buy 10 Boeing 737-800 aircraft from its leased fleet. The purchase is anticipated to conclude in the first quarter and will be initially financed through the airline's cash reserves, with plans for long-term financing thereafter. This acquisition is expected to provide both immediate and long-term cost savings, as well as greater flexibility in fleet management, alongside a projected gain of approximately 570 million Norwegian crowns.
