In recent years, nurses have been striving to improve their workplace environment, advocating for government agencies to address high patient-nurse ratios and conduct audits on hospitals. However, nurses are facing challenges such as being forced to attend training courses without being given public holidays and having to use their own time off to attend. Nurses are also required to clock out on time but continue working after changing into casual attire. These issues are contributing to nurses leaving hospitals, affecting the quality of patient care.
