NVIDIA's Low Acceptance Rate Revealed by Employee After 4 Years on the Job

An NVIDIA engineer shared insights on the rigorous interview process, where only 2,000 applicants get a chance to interview out of the initial 2 million. The company values technical skills highly, leading to intense and technical-oriented interviews, as revealed by the employee who went through six rounds of interviews. NVIDIA's emphasis on open communication and efficiency was also highlighted, with employees praising the company's work-life balance and no layoff policy.
