Omnia, a data center company backed by Brazilian investment firm Patria, has partnered with renewable energy generator Casa dos Ventos to develop a $9.25 billion data center in Brazil, expected to serve TikTok as its sole client. Located in the Pecem port complex in Ceara, the facility will have a power consumption of 300 megawatts, making it the largest single-client data center in Brazil. With construction set to begin this year and operations starting in 2027, the project will also involve investments in renewable energy infrastructure.
